Luke Flynn, President of Central Florida Building and Inspections holds a degree in Building Construction Technology, is a State of Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC1256462) and a State of Florida Certified Home Inspector (HI5486). He grew up watching his father succeed in the construction industry and has now successfully completed over $100 million dollars of construction throughout Central Florida since 2008.

As a hands-on president, he oversees every aspect of each CFBI project. He begins with the initial project overview, is the liaison between the client and design team, personally selects each subcontractor, oversees project estimation and administration ensuring that every project remains on schedule, under budget and exceeds our client’s expectations throughout every phase of construction.

He prides himself on honesty, integrity, and transparency, leading Central Florida Building and Inspections through hundreds of successful completed projects throughout Central Florida.
